How do I get a pool pass?

The pool is open to all Potomac Glen HOA members.  Everyone who would like to use the pool must have a valid pool pass, regardless of age.

A separate ePass for each person listed on your pool pass application will be issued. The ePass can be stored in your Apple or Google wallet, or a screenshot can be saved in your phone’s Photos app. If you do not have a phone or would prefer a paper pass, the ePass can be printed out, or you can purchase a classic (paper) pass when you submit your pool pass application. Lifeguards can also check you into the pool using your name and address if your pass is not handy.

You will not be permitted to use the pool if any of the following applies to you:

• Your account balance is delinquent.
• You have an outstanding covenants or maintenance violation.

How do I invite guests to the pool?

Each member will receive a digital guest pass for up to 5 guests.  Additional guest passes may be purchased by clicking on the link above.   

A paper guest pass will not be mailed to you.  Guest passes are online and accessed by the lifeguards when you check in at the pool.
