Elections are held each January at our Annual Meeting to fill Director positions with expiring terms. Directors are elected for two-year terms, with the positions staggered to ensure continuity and a smooth transitions. In even years, elections are held to fill two positions; in odd years, three positions. Officer positions are elected by the Board of Directors annually.
